1. YetiLabz is a collection of digital artworks known as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Ethereum network. This website acts only as an interface for an online community to exchange digital collectibles. Users are responsible for managing their own private crypto wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. YetiLabz is not liable for incorrect or failed transactions. Transactions should be performed using the safest and most secure options available.

2. When you purchase a YetiLabz NFT, you own the art completely minus the royalty to the creator. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network.

a. Personal Use: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, YetiLabz grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased NFTs, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Yeti / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each YetiLabz’s owner’s rights to display the NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Yeti, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Yeti owner’s rights to display their Yeti to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Yeti leaves the website/application.

b. Commercial Use: Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, YetiLabz does grant limited worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (i.e. Commercial Use). YetiLabz takes the utmost precaution to protect the value and reputation of the NFT collection for the verified owners. All commercial use of YetiLabz art must comply to the terms of the license we offer.

3. The user shall not use any YetiLabz media in connection with any material which is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive or otherwise objectionable or unreasonable or infringing upon any laws or regulations or intellectual property rights or proprietary rights or confidentiality obligations. Users shall not use YetiLabz Art in any way that could be construed as being adverse or derogatory to the image of YetiLabz or any of its subjects featured in the NFTs.

4. You are entirely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from minting or reselling your Yetis.
